Nice Pizza Hut ... we also got a free pizza, since they were late with the first one.
One server was friendly, talked to everyone and kept it moving. Said she been there for 20 plus yrs. Need more of her, but her spirit was so high and welcoming she took up for the ones that wasn't.
Ordered pizza online had coupon and they would except it because they are not corporate store the lady was extremely rude about the us trying to save money and the manager was just as rude tgey tried to make up for it by sending our order free of charge they didn't even send the right order never eat there again
On our way from Kalamazoo to Detroit stopped in for dinner.. Place wasn't clean at all.. Food was not the best and staff wasnt the greatest neither.
I'm sorry to say but this pizza hut is either unorganized or under staffed. From the time we walked in and had to seat ourselves to trying to place our order. From finally to helping myself to the salad bar because I was tired of waiting. Very, very poor service. We will never come here again
Fast, somewhat friendly. By that I mean the ladies at the front counter the greeter had no smiles at all.None when I came and none when I checked out.
