My mother in law goes here. We wait over 3 hours for a two minute visit with the Doctor. She writes a list of pills that she wants/ needs and the visit with the Doctor consists of him writing scripts. For over a year she has asked for help with her leg and just empty promises of further testing. The place is disgusting with a dirty and broken furniture waiting room. You have to be "buzzed" in and 99% of the time no one answers the phone. I have nothing better to do than watch all the people walking in limping with canes and practically running out the door. Once we even saw a spoon that appeared to have burnt residue on it in the bathroom. Never in my life have I witnessed this lack of dignity or professionalism in a doctors office. I'm no expert, but this seems more like a drug dealers than a doctors office. So if you are looking for your next fix, I would guess this to be right up your alley. But if you are looking for healthcare a DIY video on You Tube would likely be a better use of your time.
Good staff and have never had to wait long periods more than once or twice due to staff caring for other patients which is understandable. Facility is clean and well kept in general although it is small. It fits the size of the community. Much faster and better care than the other care facilities in town.
